At Nola’s Closet, we care deeply about quality and customer satisfaction. Still, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please review our policy carefully before starting any return process.
Returns
Yes, you may return your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition, with all parts, accessories, tags, and packaging included.
The product must only show normal handling. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care are not eligible for return.
For hygiene-sensitive items, products must be clean and unused before return.
If the item is defective, the issue must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns are reviewed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. We will notify you once your return has been reviewed and approved or rejected.
Please note: We do not offer free returns. All return packages must include a valid tracking number. Returns sent without tracking or to an incorrect address will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Refundable Conditions
If your item arrives damaged, we do not issue refunds. However, we will gladly send a replacement product, either the same item or one of equal value, free of charge.
Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, odors, washing, alteration, or intentional tampering will be rejected.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, courier delays, courier strikes, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other external circumstances. These situations do not qualify for a refund.

Your order number
The reason for the return
A photo of the item if it is damaged or defective
Your full name
Your shipping address
Please wait for our team to provide the correct return address before sending anything back.
Do not send items back to the sender address shown on the package. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed or refunded.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, if you are buying for personal use and not as a business.
The 14-day period begins from the day you, or a person authorized by you, receives the last item of your order.
Because orders are processed automatically, cancellation is not possible once the item has been shipped. If you change your mind after the order has shipped, please wait until you receive the package and then follow the return process.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items in Transit
Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, courier handling, and other external factors.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving it, we recommend contacting us first so we can guide you through the return process correctly.
Refunds
If you use your right of withdrawal and your return is approved, we will refund the product price, excluding shipping costs and any premium delivery charges, within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice and the returned item.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless another arrangement has been agreed.
All returned items must be shipped back to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
