Average Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–3 business days to process.
Most weekday orders are processed within 1 business day, but orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays may take slightly longer.
After processing, your order is shipped and generally arrives within 8–12 business days.
Please note that occasional delays may occur during peak seasons, high-demand periods, customs processing, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We always work hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped free of charge. There are no hidden shipping fees and no minimum order amount required.
To keep prices affordable and reduce unnecessary environmental impact, we may combine shipments when appropriate.
Occasionally, unforeseen issues such as courier delays, customs clearance, high shipping volume, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or courier strikes may affect delivery times.
Please note: Once your order has been dispatched, delays caused by third-party couriers or external circumstances are beyond our control. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued due to delivery delays once the parcel is already in transit.
Items in Transit
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, please contact us first and follow our return process.
Tracking Information
When your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
If your tracking information has not updated immediately, this does not necessarily mean your package is not moving. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear, depending on the courier.
